Cancellation Policy
Please read!!!
Appointments must be confirmed/cancelled 48 hours - 2 days before appointment or appointment will be be deleted.
Rescheduling is only available 36 hours before appointment- anything less than 36 hours will be charged.
If appointment is not cancelled in 36 hours or no show, 50% cancellation fee will be charged. Any case scenario.
•Cancellation on the same day of the appointment will be a full charge of service and no further bookings.
•If you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be cancelled and charged.
-After 2 Cancellations, $15 deposit will be required for next booked appointment to hold spot.
